FECS Enterprises in Mesa, AZ

Mesa, Maricopa County — the Valley.

Mesa is where FECS Enterprises does some of its steadiest work. Francisca Carranza has run FECS Enterprises out of Phoenix since 2013, and Mesa's block homes on big lots — a lot of concrete, a lot of yard, a lot of original kitchens and baths still doing their original job — keep the crew busy in ways that look a little different from the rest of the Valley.

Concrete and landscaping are what FECS is best known for here: laser-leveled driveway pours, xeriscape yards built to handle a Mesa lot's size, polished and epoxy floors for the businesses along the way. Remodeling, painting, drywall and commercial janitorial round out the rest, and every job — house or business — starts with someone looking at it in person and writing up what it will take, not guessing over the phone. FECS attends Mesa homeowners and business owners in English and Spanish.

Why local knowledge matters in Mesa

Mesa's housing stock is some of the biggest in the Valley — big lots, long driveways, and plenty of original kitchens and bathrooms still running from the 1970s and 80s. That size cuts a few different ways. It means more concrete per house than almost anywhere else FECS works, room for a real xeriscape yard instead of a strip of gravel by the front door, and enough space inside an older block home to remodel one room without disturbing the rest of the house.

It also means Mesa isn't one job, it's several. West Mesa is settled and aging; East Mesa is still building. Winter visitors fill seasonal rentals that get turned around twice a year on a fixed calendar, not whenever it happens to be convenient. FECS Enterprises works across all of it — Dobson Ranch, Alta Mesa, Superstition Springs, and everywhere between — because the work in one part of Mesa rarely looks like the work three miles away.

Neighbourhoods we work in: West Mesa, Dobson Ranch, East Mesa, Alta Mesa, Superstition Springs.
